Sakany marketplace terms
The core rules for listings, inquiries, showings, agreements, and commission.
Authority to list
The submitter must be the property owner or an authorized representative or broker. Sakany may request evidence of authority and reject or withdraw a listing that cannot be verified.
Review and availability
Submission is not automatic publication. The listing agreement must be signed and the listing approved first, then availability reconfirmed every seven days. A stale listing disappears until it is renewed.
Rental rules
Furnished rentals have a six-month minimum; unfurnished rentals have a 12-month minimum. A lease or showing request is not a reservation or binding contract.
Contracts and signatures
Final agreements are executed through a licensed e-signature provider after the parties and terms are reviewed. A checkbox or typed name inside Sakany alone is not described as a certified electronic signature.
Commission and payment
The Sakany commission, payer, and due event must be agreed in writing before payment. InstaPay opens outside Sakany, and a transfer reference stays under review until manually reconciled. Sakany never requests bank login details, PINs, or OTPs.
Photos and content
The submitter confirms the right to use all photos and information. Sakany applies technical cleanup and removes EXIF data for presentation; no enhancement may hide a defect or misrepresent the property.
