The Sakany directory helps home seekers compare communities and homes, and helps owners submit organized information once. We do not present invented inventory, and a customer request is not a reservation or availability guarantee until confirmed.
Images and sources
Images provide visual context for the community, with a source link when the image comes from an external page. A community image does not prove that a specific home is available.
Listing review
Before a home appears publicly, Sakany reviews the submitter’s authority to present it, essential details, pricing, photos, and recent availability. This is not an engineering or legal inspection.
Updates and corrections
Prices, availability, and phase status can change. Important guides show a review date, and information is updated or corrected when a newer source or confirmation becomes available.
Request a correction
Found outdated information or an unsuitable image?
Send the page name, the information to correct, and a newer source link through WhatsApp. Sakany reviews the request before updating, while contracts and documents remain in private routes only.
