How to request home services with Sakany
Understand the request, provider review and quote process, and how to raise a problem with Sakany.
Request first, confirmation after review
We accept requests for homes, offices and commercial premises in Gardenia City and other areas subject to availability. Share the task, area and proposed time. Sakany checks availability and scope before agreement. The current request form does not collect payment.
A clear quote and written scope
Before paid work, agree the total, inclusions, materials and exclusions. Additional work requires your agreement on the cost. The home-service price menu and connected online payment are not active yet.
Individuals reviewed before work
Applications are for individual providers. Experience, availability and necessary documents are reviewed privately before approval. No approved profiles are currently published. Applying does not mean a provider is accepted or verified.
Protecting homes and provider privacy
Public contact goes through Sakany’s number. Provider phone numbers, identity documents and customer details are not public. Share the full address privately and agree compound entry permission before a visit.
If there is a problem with the work
Contact Sakany with the request reference, a clear description and photos. Sakany reviews the case with the provider. We do not promise automatic refunds or free repeat work. Any guarantee or remedy needs approved terms written in the work order, subject to applicable legal rights.
For tradespeople and housekeepers
Applications are free and do not guarantee jobs or income. Sakany’s approved commission is 15% of the job price, with an 85% provider share before separately agreed fees. Review your payout and scope before acceptance. Actual payouts and connected online payment are not active yet.
